Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid. If you wish to transfer a scheduled session to a later date or another consultant, please contact us using the details below. Sessions that have been delivered in whole or in part are not eligible for a refund, as they entail dedicated professional time and resources.

2.2 Info Products

Digital materials, such as e-guides, templates, or recorded webinars, are provided in electronic form. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded. This policy ensures the integrity and confidentiality of our content.

2.3 Goods

Physical items, including printed publications or merchandise, may be shipped to you upon request. If the item is delivered in its original, unopened packaging, you may ship it to us within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending items back to our office.

3. Service Transfers

Clients may request to transfer scheduled services to an alternate date or consultant subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original appointment. Transfers are granted at our discretion and may be subject to additional scheduling constraints.
